Member Referral Program
Refer a new member to join the Club and receive a credit to your account!! Your bill will be credited the month following completion and approval of the new member application and payment of the initiation fee.
Local member - $150 credit
Regional member - $100 credit
National member - $50 credit

We would like to thank the Men's Golf Association for providing the water cooler stands with clocks on the upper and lower range tees. If you would like to join the MGA, you may do so at anytime of the year. The cost is $50 annually. Please contact Kevin Lauderdale if you are interested. He may be reached via email at transtara@bellsouth.net. 

Just like last month, there's not too much going on in February besides some very cold temperatures. Just a reminder, when we have a hard freeze (20s and below), we cover the greens. If there is a morning frost, tee times are delayed until the frost melts. Always call the Proshop for the status of the golf course. If no one answers, the information will be on the Proshop's voicemail.

The Clubhouse Grill is also closed on days that the golf course is closed except for Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays when we serve lunch buffets.

We are offering our special "Friends on Fridays" guest rates again this year. Whatever the temperature is when the Proshop opens on Friday morning is what the guest fee for that day will be. For example, if it is 37 degrees at 8:00 am, your guest will pay $37 to play 18 holes that day.

We are now proud to carry Peter Millar apparel. The Auburn University Club and Shoal Creek are currently the only Clubs in Alabama to carry this line of fine golf apparel. We also have Auburn University Club and Yarbrough Farms sweat shirts for sale and a new stock of American Needle hats and visors.

Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday - Sunday 7:45am - 5:00pm
Closed all day on Tuesdays
*Tee times could be delayed some mornings due to frost. You will need to call the Proshop to find out what time the course will open on those days.

Clubhouse Grill News:
-Lunch buffets! Bring your family out for a delicious and affordable down-home meal! $10/person, $5/child ages 6 - 12, & children 5 & under eat free.
Buffets are served Sundays, Monday, & Thursdays for lunch.
-Table service is 11-2 daily: however, you may order from a limited menu at the bar from 2 - close every day. Anytime during the afternoon, you may order a fresh salad, a Club sandwich or BLT, a chicken finger basket or a juicy hamburger. These are just a few delicious items to choose from! See a complete menu when you order at the bar!
-For your convenience, we have coolers available to keep your beverages ice cold on the golf course! The Beverage Cart will run every Saturday & Sunday beginning April 4th from 10am - until. An 18% gratuity will be added to all member charges made from the beverage cart.
-Styrofoam cups will no longer be free. There will be a $.50 charge for each cup. You are welcome to bring your own cup ( no coolers) for complimentary ice and water.

Chicken Salad Melt Our homemade chicken salad served warm on flatbread with crisp bacon and cheese. $6.99
Philly Roast Beef Thinly sliced roast beef served on flatbread with sauteed onions and peppers, swiss cheese, and your choice of horsradish or thousand island.$6.99
Grilled Chicken BLT Grilled chicken with fresh tomatos and crisp bacon on flatbread. $6.99
*specials are served with our new sweet potato fries!

Administrative News:
-To help us prevent charging errors, please use your membership card when using the Club, especially when charging to your member account.
-We now have an ATM available for your convenience. It is located in the Proshop.

Don't forget, by keeping your account balance current, you avoid:
1. Having your charge privileges revoked until the account is brought current.
